“We were skeptical bringing our pet here due to the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. We had to bring our dog in around 12:30 AM because she had ingested something and wasn’t moving, pale, etc. They took her in within a few minutes of arriving, updated us within another 20-30 minutes that she was stable. We were finally able to see her 2:30-3 AM. We ended up leaving pretty late and came back in the morning for her- but honestly, the staff was so kind and understanding even with frustrated guests around them and a packed waiting room. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“The staff here is unmatched. I warned Nikki that I usually feel a little lightheaded during/after a donation, and she took great care of me while the machine did its thing. Even afterward, when I was the last donation of the day and everyone started to go home, Nikki and one of the other staff (I regret not getting her name) noticed that I looked a little pale and stayed late with me to make sure that I was okay. They turned on the fan, busted out the ice, and made it rain gatorade and snacks. I will absolutely be back. These women really care.”

“Mark did an AMAZING job with my damaged and thinning hair. He trimmed , colored, did a keratin treatment & out in Hotheads extensions. I feel like a new woman. I didn’t think My hair could look and feel so gorgeous and it has done wonders for my self esteem. Mark was patient while teaching me all about my new hair and how to properly care for it.
