I really appreciated Megan the billing rep, we had an issue with my insurance and she was able to resolve it and I was able to be seen. I did have a little breakdown 😢 because I thought I wasn't going to be seen bit Megan got me in and things went great from there. The hygienist gave my teeth and gums a deep, deep cleaning they felt like new teeth! My experience with Dr. Wildung the dentist was awesome, he explained everything he was doing, made sure I was comfortable in no pain and worked on my teeth. I truly enjoyed my experience here and you will too! I am definitely referring my family and friends! Continue to be welcoming and treating your patients well!”

“My experience with Dr. Tariq Doorani, M.D. at Southwest Neurology and Sleep Medicine LLC. has been WONDERFUL, first I met with the Doctor then we discussed my problems very thoroughly and we scheduled EMG testing on the Arms and Legs which was very necessary and he has been nothing but nice and kind, great bedside manner and thorough. And referred me to a neurosurgeon for my problems, thank you Dr. Doorani for taking the time to tell me what is going on with my neck and spine, if it wasn't for you I would not have known it was this bad.”

“Dr Prokopets has been my mother’s dentist for several years now and she can’t say enough about how well she is cared for at this office. I took her recently to have her first extraction (at 89) and she was obviously nervous. The entire office staff was so gentle and caring towards her. They were very reassuring. “I visited this practice for a follow-up inspection after eye surgery. Really liked the doctor. I had previously worked with his colleague and had never met him. He was patient with my questions and enthusiastic in his responses. The reason I did not give a 5-star review is twofold. One, the assistants/technicians never introduce themselves, and this is a pet peeve of mine. They know my name but I have to ask for theirs. I wish more doctors would train their assistants to either introduce themselves or to at least wear name tags. Two, the wait was far too long. When I arrived for my appointment there were already10 people ahead of me in the waiting room. It gave me the feel of an assembly line practice. I certainly expected to wait while my eyes were dilated, but never anticipated the whole appointment would take an hour, especially since my time with the doctor was only 5 minutes at best. The front desk personnel were very friendly and personable, and very efficient. Kudos to them.”

“They took care of me with an emergency refill so I could travel and get on my way early the next morning. They answered the phone in a timely manner and stayed true to their word about filling my medication. It's an older smaller store, but they really helped me out of a jam. I needed to be 970 miles away in less than 18 hours. A Fry's or regular store was not going to cut it and when i have a 12 drive ahead of me I don't need to spend an hour in some dink___ town waiting on a script. I need to putting the miles behind me and get to my hotel.”
