“I was new to Phoenix and pulled into the parking lot of this autozone to check my oil because the light came on and my AC suddenly went out when it was 115°. This really nice employee (I think his name was Doug) was outside and asked if I needed help. I told him what was wrong and he said it didn’t have to do with the oil and that is was most likely my cabin air filter. I had no clue what that was so he told me how to access it and went inside and got me a new one. He changed it out for me and my AC started working perfectly. He was super kind and I’m really grateful for his help.”

“Jason was very accommodating and got me in with very little notice, which was much appreciated as my rear brakes badly needed attention. He checked my front brakes as well and made sure they were still good. Also, he rotated my tires and checked for steering and suspension issues. As if that was't enough, he fixed a couple scratches on my passenger side. I am glad to have found someone I can trust with my vehicle and give me honest feedback with what needs fixed.
