“We inquired twice about renting a unit to store furniture. Both of the people we spoke with at the 49th and Thomas location were very helpful and very friendly. We ended up renting a unit. We took our items there today and everything went very smooth just as they said it would be. We have a unit on the 2nd floor. Heather took us up to look at it before we rented. He loves all his teachers who take such great care of the children. They are caring, and have helped him mature into a little man. The administrator is also amazing! Furthermore, the staff is wonderful my lock wasn't properly secured so my door would just open and they monitored it by camera until I could get down there. They're the ones that told me that it was unlocked.best customer service I've ever seen at a storage facility they not only called until they got a hold of me they sent emails to let me know my stuff was not secure.”
