“Food was delicious! Came out fast- and was very fresh and hot (salad was cold!) fries with burger were lightly seasoned and very flavorful. Dressing on salad had a multidimensional flavor with a lot of depth. Got chicken on my salad and it was dry- so dunking if it in dressing helped. The tea was not regular black, but had a light fruit flavor I couldn’t put my finger on. Service was slow (minus one star) and even though my tea glass was at the end of the table the server walked by a dozen times never asking if I needed more- I had to ask for every refill as did my dinner mate. Other than that a please y experience.”

“A surprisingly good vegan sandwich is available at Panera Bread, a kiosk, in Terminal C at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The bread is fresh and crusty and the sandwich is stuffed with equally fresh vegetables. The sandwich is served with potato chips or a fruit cup. The line is long to the order-taker. You may also ordered using computer tablets located in front of the counter. There are no tables or chairs. The meal is delivered in an airplane friendly shopping bag. The counter staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wheelchair accessable.”

“This is a rare review for airport food. In fact, it was “good.” Nothing wrong, but it’s rather hard to mess up bacon and eggs. This review, instead, is about friendly service received from “Mark” at the counter. It’s 6am. He’s probably been here since 3am or so- but you’d never know it. Mark greeted everyone he saw with a “Good morning, sir!”’(or ma’am) and a smile. He asked me where I was going, how my day was, and if I was coming back to Phoenix. He actually took the extra moment to bring my food to me rather than set it on the counter and while doing so gave a couple of unruly kids a piece of candy to quiet them down. It is sad how rare service and an attitude like this are, but it was pleasant for this weekly traveler to see. Kudos, Mark. You’re a rare bird.”

“Great place to grab a quick bite before a flight. When I visisted, they had 5-6 people in front of me. I initial thought I did not have time to wait in such a line. But the line moved quickly. I ordered and my food was ready in less than 8 minutes from standing in line to receiving my food. Which I consider good for a cook to order burger place. The food itself was good, a step above the typical burger you find at the airport. If you are not in a grab and go situation, definitely worth checking out.”

“I stopped here for lunch before my flight because a friend told me how good the Shake Shack was. When I arrived to place my order William greeted me immediately with a smile. He asked for a name on my order and continued to use my name throughout the order. After my order when he had no customers in line, he would ask people eating their meals if their food was good. Watching him interact with people made me realize how much of a lost art customer service is. I’m grateful for people like William who make you feel like you matter in the world and more important, put a smile on your face! I will always eat at this Shake Shack just so I can see William.”

“Nice little spot in Sky Harbor. Apparently, no one is aware of Airport economics (judging by the comments). Hint: You'll probably be paying double price for whatever you pickup; wherever you go. On to the review, I had the taco meal (3 tacos, piled with whatever toppings I chose and requested salsa on the side). Much like a Chipotle concept, they feature burritos, tacos and bowls. Staff behind the counter was nice and the location was festive. No complaints.”
