I told Desi that they were out of medium lids and no soap in the ladies room, he got right on it, why can’t more people work like these people at this location. I WOULD RECOMMEND”

“I have been coming in here a lot lately as I live down the street. I sometimes sit and do work for hours so I for sure can say I spend tons of time in this Einstein’s. Every time I come I am impressed. Every. Single. Time. The staff is SO NICE! Especially the manager - at least I assume he is the manager - he is always going out of his way to help people and make them feel welcome. The food is always great and I have never had an issue with my order. The one time I saw an issue with someones order here was it took a bit to long - mind you the guy was not getting impatient at all - and they sincerely apologized and told him to pick a sweet for the inconvenience. That’s what they do here...go above and beyond because they are amazing at customer service. Not after the fact when someone is mad. Bottom line is I love this place. I wish more places would take a hint from here. Keep up the good work guys!!”
