“I love to come to Bath And Body Works in the Norterra area whenever I have time to! Many various items to choose from and very good smelling. The staff is pretty welcoming and the store isn't crowded. I always used to go to the one in Arrowhead Mall but I found out that there was one here, closer to where I live actually and that helped a lot. A little expensive but still so worth it to buy. If you're trying to find a nearby retail store selling soaps, lotions, fragrances, and candles then you should definitely go to this one.”

“Was a very nice store. Very well managed and laid out. You were able to find what you were looking for. The only problem I had was service. I asked for an eye liner pencil to be sharpened, and she took it from me without a word and looked for a sharpener as if it was cutting into her time at work, or I was bothering her, or it was above her station to do so. I'm sorry, but if you are in CS, you need to be pleasant and happy even when you are having a bad day. I have been in CS for most of my 40 years of working. You have to be willing to help people and get them what they need or send them in the direction of what they need. Anyway, it's a really nice store and lots of choices to choose from. They even have samples to try, which is really awesome because I like to try things before I buy, so see if it will work or look good on me. Great store. Go have a look if you need some make-up or facial needs.”

“All the sales girls were absolutely awesome! I was trying to shop for three different people...completely different people.. they really made it possible. I shopped until the last minute, they were so totally personable and down to earth. They did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable, like I was putting them out! The return policy is excellent. They stock of all different types of clothes, ie-sizes, colors styles etc. I recommend checking out this particular Old Navy store. It had been years since I went and I'm glad I did. I will go back. “Friendly staff and huge selection. Store is very crowded though. If you show up during busy times there is hardly room to maneuver a stroller. They have an excessive amount of products laying around that don't help with clutter. Still always find a lot of good stuff whenever I go. Pretty reasonable with trade in value. This place would benefit from a bigger store for sure.”

“I needed a black, dressy, blouse and wanted to shop within my zip code. I have window shopped here but this was my first visit. The store has a nice selection of moderatly priced, clothing for a wide range of ages. Not all teen clothing so us older gals can find something. They do spend energy on creative displays and the music is perfect. The best part is the staff. Madison helped point me to everything black. This saved me time and energy. She and her colleague were so helpful and knew their merchandise. It is much appreciated to get other opinions when you have many try-ons. I don't join clubs from any retailer but if you do, this one has promise. It's also a plus that there is plenty of parking in an easy to get to location.”
