He was proactive by handling my order verbally, ensured me he'd email me my receipt and send one by mail. We received our mattresses quickly and had the time this weekend to inflated them. He went through the entire amp, fixed the reverb, stopped the distortion and crackling sound, and upgraded a couple of the inputs for better sound with guitar and bass. “I highly recommend the Mexican Tile and Stone Company. I had two separate jobs to complete. The first was an installation and the second was a strip and reseal of existing Saltillo tile. From my initial visit with Wade, the restoration manager, I knew the jobs were going to be done right and with a fair price. The installation team led by Chuck, Nacho and Albert were superior! They were on time (most often early) every morning, worked hard throughout the day, were friendly, professional, clean and meticulous with their craftsmanship. My new tile both on the floor and in a bathroom remodel is beautiful! Next came the strip and reseal of my current tile. The team of Angel, Miza and John were also excellent. They did a wonderful job and my tile looks brand new! They were even able to match colors to cover stains and do all necessary repairs. I was impressed with the attention to detail and customer service that I received by both of the work teams and management at the home office (Stefano, Robert, Terri). If you are looking to have tile installed, repaired or resurfaced you can't go wrong with this team. From start to finish they are a quality, professional business that produces outstanding results at a fair price!”
