They have called me back to answer a parts question. Pricing seems to be competitive for the most part. Love that they are local in my area and I can inspect parts on site. Always get an email fairly quickly when order is ready for pick-up. I can log on and see my order history records. They have been helpful answering general parts questions that I could not obtain on their website such as quantity required, etc... My go to parts department and will keep shopping here. “I have been coming in here a lot lately as I live down the street. I sometimes sit and do work for hours so I for sure can say I spend tons of time in this Einstein’s. Every time I come I am impressed. Every. Single. Time. The staff is SO NICE! Especially the manager - at least I assume he is the manager - he is always going out of his way to help people and make them feel welcome. The food is always great and I have never had an issue with my order. The one time I saw an issue with someones order here was it took a bit to long - mind you the guy was not getting impatient at all - and they sincerely apologized and told him to pick a sweet for the inconvenience. That’s what they do here...go above and beyond because they are amazing at customer service. Not after the fact when someone is mad. Bottom line is I love this place. I wish more places would take a hint from here. Keep up the good work guys!!”
