The amount I was told on the phone was a few dollars less than what I was actually charged, which I did not like, but I still feel the price is reasonable. The gentleman I spoke to to place my order was very pleasant and answered questions. I was a little disappointed (after reading several reviews saying their cats received toys) when my cat did not receive a toy :( Overall, good experience so far.”

“Josh C. Has done a great job taking care of all the vehicles in my household. I used to deal with him at another location and come to find out he has relocated. Following him around all of phoenix because he's the only tire guy that has been up front and honest since day one. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and always finds a way to fit me in with my busy schedule. I have realized it is not just me. Every customer I watched him work with are extremely pleased with his service. Today I came in unannounced due to a large chunk out of a tire. Figured out a way to get me home and get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Went over the paper work and warranty of the new tires. This is how customer service is done. That man needs a raise! Kudos to Discount Tire for their excellent employees.”
