“I am keeping my review strictly to the independent living/assisted and NOT the skilled nursing.… That would have a very different review. My father moved into an independent living apartment in August, and after a serious medical issue, and a 2 1/2 weeks day in the skilled nursing, he required higher level of care and is now under the Assisted living. After our experience at Palazzo’s skilled nursing floor, I was skeptical. I am pleasantly happy to report a very positive experience. My dad had a recent fall and was attended to quickly. Response time to his pendant give me added comfort as I return back to the East. All the caregivers have been nice and special kudos go to Dorothy, Melissa, and Luz who have been available every time I have needed them and have taken seriously every question I have asked, with the utmost of patience, because there have been many!”
