“Had a very pleasant experience at brakes plus! Got there early on a Saturday right before the holiday and was immediately greeted by John who went right to helping me! He was courteous and upbeat and being that I’m in no way a morning person I found him to be refreshing to deal with so early ha ha. They let me know what I was looking at within the hour quoted me the price and went to work and I had my car back before the end of the day. Wonderful home away from home service, Sonterra is a wonderful apartment to rent out! Well planned apartments the community has amazing neighbors and is a really positive home ! It’s central location makes it unique and it’s worth the price. Special mention of leasing staff Lupita for providing customer service beyond expectations ! Always prompt and responsive my on boarding to my new home happened very smoothly! Definitely it was a short but a memorable stay at Sonterra. Worth the stay !”

I highly recommend for their extensive shade plants and some great tropicals. Some stuff is a little bit pricey but hey, the alternative is to drive to San Diego. Go, you will not be disappointed!”

That is exactly what I got, professional service and a couch so clean it confirmed my decision that the less expensive route was the way to go! I inquired about having my tile done as well, the Brandy Clean representative was very knowledgeable of the process and able to provide a quote on the spot. He also did not push me to make a commitment. The "whenever you're ready" attitude goes a long way with me, and I will be calling to use their services again. Kudos!!”
