“Dairy Queen ????, Now if anyone says that they did not like the place, then they are not into ice-cream ???? at all. I love this place the ice cream has not changed at all. It is the same as it was when I was a child over 5 decades ago. Well there is a couple of changes they have soft chocolate ice-cream ???? now. Something that I really love. Their Blizzard that it is a very thick shakes. They are so thick that they turned it upside down before they give it to you and nothing comes out. The staff at this place is so good, they all take pride in their work.”

“I have used Jason Paladino for physical therapy on two occasions, the latest being right now. He has brought me back to my old self from very painful back issues by using a variety of strategies from strength training to dry needling and cupping. He took time out of his day to follow me around in my volunteer “job” to be sure I was using proper posture and techniques in pushing wheelchairs, gurneys and hospital beds. Jason oversaw my rehab from rotator cuff surgery even going with me to doc and observing the surgery. I think this all says a great deal about the kind of a person and professional person he is.”

“This place is overall great to live at hands down. Those complaining about the water being turned off it was true for a time only there was only because the water pipe system was very old and it’s all been replaced now with new pipes! Management always goes above and beyond to meet expectations they always ahead of time send out notices days or weeks in advance if there is any major work to be done so that way you can make arrangements in advance. The management team is always quick to help with any issues you might have they are always courteous and professional. When it comes to safety this place is very secure with Phoenix PD doing their patrols at night and sometimes during the day it gives that peace of mind knowing the police are always nearby. Living here has been a very great and positive experience there is really no reason at all to not give this place a try, the interior of the apartments are great and maintenance is quick to fix any problems that arise with the inside or outside of the apartment. Washer and dryer are included in every unit a lot of space inside the interior of the unit. It’s in a perfect location surrounded by a lot of businesses and stores. There’s constant up keeping with the property and no issue goes unresolved. All that I had stated is based on objective truth not subjective like the other people who stated here. Especially about roaches! This place is completely bug free there has never been a big problem here at all! That guy who stated that must be one of those unhygienic people who must’ve skipped out on basic hygienic class and most likely brought them himself to this place! Never once have there been any roaches or bugs! This is a great place to live overall 5 Star Rating!”
