“Driving to Phoenix from California, I notice my brakes were making a weird sound and vibration. It was hard to stop my van (on a dime) and it kind of felt like they seized up a bit too. Scary! Thank goodness Bullock Automotive was open and could check out the problem for me right away. On a Sunday! I found out my rotors were warped and I needed new pads. I've never heard of that before about the rotors, but it did bother me when I pressed on the brakes to stop the car. Especially on a long drive. Steve reassured me that he could get the parts and do the job fast. Less than 2 hours later, I was on the road. The brakes work perfect! I am impressed. No more anxious driving for me. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other places in California and Arizona. Plus, I was relieved he could work on my car right away. If I ever need more auto repairs done in Phoenix, I'm going straight to Steve.”
