“Easily 5-stars, Bc: they were quick with an oil change, even on a busy Friday afternoon. Surprisingly LOW PRICE, even considering the factor that I have a European car that typically costs more for a “certain type” of oil & process. Not here! About half the price I would’ve paid at Jiffy Lube or Midas, etc. I’d rather support small & local biz, anyways..also I’d made an appt earlier that same morning (which probably helped make it go faster). The front desk office lady (sorry, didn’t catch her name) was super sweet & eager to help me figure out a minor issue with my headlight— which wasn’t what I came for—but it was cool of her + mechanic to take a peek at it & recommend a near-future repair, looked up parts I could get, etc. MUCH RECOMMEND! I’ll probably come back to this place, next time I need an oil change or repair.”

“I tried out multiple different types of auto glass specific software and though it is not perfect, glassbiller is definitely the best in my opinion. Nick Minard the top guy over there is very good at helping you out whenever you need it. The software will tell you when you need clips or a molding it gives dealer part numbers and list prices. It is edi capably but since 95% of my insurance jobs are sgc I just use the sgc website for that. It prints out extremely professional receipts and invoices that Nick customized for my shop with my company logo on top and warranty info. With 1 touch of a button you can check part prices for PGW Mygrant and pilkington. You can even order parts from the distributors directly from glassbiller. It saves signatures and pictures in case the customer drops the dreaded “that wasnt like that before” just whip out your phone and show them the pics you took before you started working. It tells you exactly how many tubes of urethane you can bill the insurance as well as clips and moldings. That feature alone pays for the cost of the software. It also has a built in electric fax that is awesome because my office fax only works about 50% of the time.😜”

“This shop is next to a 7 eleven but definitely come here for tires and rims. These guys are fast and the service is always with a smile. These guys don't charge to inflate your tires but they do charge $10 to remove nails, screws, and studs. They have new and used tires, the used tires get 90 day guarantee but I always buy new. The last time I paid just under $400, but then again I have a Versa hatchback.”

“A couple of years ago a family member drove in from Utah for a visit. We were shopping when her vehicle stalled and would not start. We called this place because it was near by and I had used this place before and I had had a great experience previously. This guy drove to where we were started her vehicle and we were able to drive it to his shop. When he inspected it, he let her know what the problem was. She was low in income at the time and couldn't afford the part. I can't remember the exact problem but he was able to do some other things to it to help the main issue. He let her know she could still drive it but she would need to make sure she took care of it when she got home. That day he saved her the cost of a tow truck and his price for service was very good. My cousin was so greatful for his work and for him going above and beyond great customer service. Today I had an appointment to have my car's oil changed and filters changed. I was in and out within an hour. Price was also very compatible for the quality of service. Would recommend to anyone who needs car repairs. Just excellent customer service.”

I contacted him last night later than I should have but he responded and showed up today. Within 5 minutes of being here he told me what the issue was and my car was starting. I already knew but he was honest about it and didn't try to get over on me like so many do working with women. He priced me a very reasonable rate with the price of the part included and he was done within about 30 minutes including the time he left to get the part.”
