People were friendly and knowing how some people can be demanding they stayed calm and worked through the rush in one hr more than 7 suit adjusting all with different opinions on how it should look. “I love to come to Bath And Body Works in the Norterra area whenever I have time to! Many various items to choose from and very good smelling. The staff is pretty welcoming and the store isn't crowded. I always used to go to the one in Arrowhead Mall but I found out that there was one here, closer to where I live actually and that helped a lot. A little expensive but still so worth it to buy. If you're trying to find a nearby retail store selling soaps, lotions, fragrances, and candles then you should definitely go to this one.”

It's very convenient and takes off an errand from my busy schedule. The clothes always come back looking great! “This place is a great gymnasium for kids of all ages. The teachers have vast experience and are very professional with the kids. The only thing I frown upon a little is the price. The fees can be a little high for people who have more than one kid in the program. Also I will wish the coaches will promote the kids faster base on their talents and skills instead. I feel like some of the kids are held back due to their age. I love this gym the atmosphere is always great.”

“Was a very nice store. Very well managed and laid out. You were able to find what you were looking for. The only problem I had was service. I asked for an eye liner pencil to be sharpened, and she took it from me without a word and looked for a sharpener as if it was cutting into her time at work, or I was bothering her, or it was above her station to do so. I'm sorry, but if you are in CS, you need to be pleasant and happy even when you are having a bad day. I have been in CS for most of my 40 years of working. You have to be willing to help people and get them what they need or send them in the direction of what they need. Anyway, it's a really nice store and lots of choices to choose from. They even have samples to try, which is really awesome because I like to try things before I buy, so see if it will work or look good on me. Great store. Go have a look if you need some make-up or facial needs.”

“My review is five stars only because of an outstanding employee named Ray. He went above and beyond to change my experience here. I stopped in to check out your selection of toys. The moment I walked in, I was taken back by the rudeness of another employee (I believe his name was Erik) was having with another customer. He seemed to be almost intentionally trying to pick a fight with that customer. I was interested in looking at a product that was locked in a case but when I asked for help, he (Erik?) just rolled his eyes and said “ya ya”. As if I was bothering him. I became extremely frustrated with his lack of customer service, and unwillingness to help me when I had only been in there for a few minutes. I was just about to leave but Ray must have noticed my irritation, and quickly approached me. Not only did he show me the product I was originally interested in but also suggested alternatives. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and cracked jokes to make me feel comfortable and change my mood. If it wasn’t for him, not only would I have not purchased anything, but I wouldn’t of returned either. I’m sure it’s hard for females to step in to begin with, but there is no need to be blatantly disregarded like I initially was. I’ll make sure to call before I come in next time just to make sure that Ray is working. Thank you for all of your help Ray and for changing my experience!”

“Had to do some work on campus and thought I would swing by the Bookstore to see if I could find a Gateway t-shirt or something while I was there. Great news, they have t-shirts! And snacks. And school/office supplies. And a charging cord for my phone. They have everything. I was super impressed with their selection as well as the customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful without hovering. They asked me if there was something specific I was looking for and then let me wander around after I said I just wanted to check things out. I noticed there was a huge selection of scrubs and stethoscopes which tells me they must have a lot of medical programs at that campus. I also noticed the bookstore was clean, neat, and organized. Overall I'm quite pleased with my t-shirt, charging cord, cool highlighters, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and Reign Energy Drink. I'll definitely come back when I'm at the Gateway campus again”
