“I was concerned because I have no insurance. Their price was affordable and they have plans on ways to pay and less expensive for future visits. They did all kinds of testing as part of the payment so nothing came out of my pocket extraq!!!!! Everyone was great, friendly, and polite. I didn't wait long in the waiting room. Now that I have the app, I can schedule appointments. Way better than any doctors office or doctors visit I ever had. I used to work in medical administration departments in a northern state. They way medical businesses should run is just like NextCare. (No, they did not pay me for this review, and this was my first visit.)”

“All of you complaining about them being short staffed. Not sure if you're paying attention, but TONS of company's are SHORT STAFFED. People are not applying for jobs. The few people that do apply, more often THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK, but they want to be paid. There is a product and service shortage across the USA. I don't work for WF and I know it's not fun when you have to wait forever, but this is our reality everywhere right now. Fast food, restaurants, banks, grocery stores. People call out left and right too. Thanks for your future understanding with all companies :) until things get better. Which who knows when that'll be.”

Since I am visually impaired, they do not discriminate, I am very happy with the service that I have been receiving with the counseling to. The therapist I have, he’s very sweet, and knows what he is talking about. I have gone to two groups, the grief group, in the mood group, and both groups are very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs primary Care, plus mental health services, and recovery.”
