“My friend said it perfectly in that the service was 5 star and food 3 star. Granted we showed up inside an hour before they closed (3:00??!). I had a glass of cab as they were out of Pinot. It was plenty good and well priced. We split the Marguerita pizza and it wasn’t really special. Tomato sauce was too heavy and cheese wasn’t all the way melted. It was pretty though. Great patio area.”

“Although it's not the same as it once was and stopped coming here several years, we gave it another shot today because the other ones we tried are awful. We only had the won ton soup and dumplings, but it was super good so had the pork fried rice too which was super good. I definitely missed the scallions in the soup that no one else seems to do, they use carrots. Missing are the slivers of pork in the soup but that's everywhere, but wontons are plenty and not chicken which is nasty, pork won tons. Very filling. Very good. One complaint. NO TEA. Not very friendly and cold atmosphere, but who cares I guess if you've been ISO a good soup. Enjoy.”

Food is really decent, wide variety including Mexican and American grill favorites. Have to try their wings! Outdoor seating is available. Limited beer selection on tap, several bottled beer and wines to choose from. Full bar and restaurant. Prime rib Saturday’s are a must. Place gets busy during football games and around dinner time. Has a Cheers type vibe, staff always greets you by name!”

“This Barro's location, in Queen Creek, is just wonderful! The lunch specials are probably the beat deal in the Valley. Two big slices of pizza and a drink for $5! The slices are always fresh and hot with lots of cheese. There is a real nice selection of drinks, too. It is a large place, with lots of room, so you don't feel like you are on top of other patrons. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the place is really clean. There are a few arcade games, for kids, too!”

“UPDATE MARCH 24. Still knocking it out of the park. Needed a light bite so I ordered a regular burger ($1.19) and a large fry. The order was correct, the drive up window employee friendly, and their burger patty seems quite a bit larger than the competition. This BK is located at the far end of the Home Depot parking lot at Power and Germann Roads. Was picking up items at Home Depot at lunchtime and ordered a Whopper at the drive through. The staff was friendly and courteous. My custom-ordered burger was ready in no time and was perfect. The person who built this one got it right. I'm pleased to see that BK is using eco-friendly, low-mass old fashioned paper wrappers instead of cardboard packaging which eats up more resources and energy and adds unneeded bulk to our landfills. My paper bag had napkins - something that many order fillers forget to include, but not here. Overall, a good bite and a good experience.”

“Already a week in and been satisfied, so i was like “they deserve a review “. Food is good as always, haven’t had issues. Service is quick and had orders well done (nothing missing or done wrong). I rarely do reviews but i do intend to give as much info as possible. When i come for pick, immediately a worker comes and asks for my name. So even though I’m the one that comes late, the food is always ready for pick up. They are great people working here. I do feel welcome even if they are busy. They attend you well.”

“This Serrano's gets gluten free. This means their kitchen is clean and under control enough to allow them to separate any and all food that contains wheat (and other gluten containing ingredients) from selected food that needs to be completely free of contamination. Great food, great service. This is my favorite celiac-safe Mexican food place. Love, love the fajitas! Edit June 2022: All of the sauces here are gluten free, the meat is gluten free, the rice and beans are gluten free. The fajitas are still amazing but now I can have enchiladas or tamales. Serrano's is still one of my absolute favorites even though there are some other safe Mexican food choices in the area.”

“Annie was our waitress for the night. (So sorry if that’s not her name but blond hair, square glasses!) she was amazing! We were a group of about 10 people and we are a crazy group. Annie took care of us PERFECTLY! She did not forget one thing (from the extra ranch, to the cup of lemons, and the absolutely no tomatoes) she refilled our beverages before we even knew we wanted the refill. She took care of us with such grace, it was like she’s done it her whole life. Thank you Annie, for making our night reconnecting, and meeting, old friends that much more memorable. “My wife and I had never been here before, but I was interested in trying it so we decided to pop in. We got a pizza and a salad to share and they were both delicious. What made the salad stand out, was the croutons were made there and still warm out of the oven, or at least it tasted that way. The pizza was also delicious and perfectly cooked. My my wife and I both agreed that we'd have to get food from there again.”
