“I got to say I was so impressed with the pharmacy staff at this CVS. They had a constant flow of people on the phone, in person, at the drive thru, in addition to computer glitches. They were amazing, great attitudes, dealt with the computer glitches gracefully and had back up plans, didn’t blame anyone, went above and beyond with customer service, and had hussle at the same time. I originally made a mistake by sending my prescription here because it was so far away but I would rather go out of my way to get this sort of professionalism and customer service any day. “I had a paint spill on the back floor of my car and went to Cobblestone for extraction. In the process, the leather seats were damaged in my brand new vehicle. The carpet became an almost non issue because it is more easily repaired. I didn't hold out a lot of hope that Cobblestone would follow through and accept responsibility for the damage and make it right, Nor did anyone else for that matter, but ... they did! If took some time to find the right guy to make it happen. (he is from Leather Medic.) I can still see the damage, but no one else probably can. The color match was excellent and Shane paid for the repair on the spot. I appreciate that through the entire process they took responsibility from the start and never gave me a runaround or worse, excuses. That folks, is how its done!
