I had body damage and even more beneath the surface body damage that required Jay to take my car apart to document (after my insurance company offered me a fraction of the repair cost to fix my car). Jay worked diligently with my insurance company, meticulously detailing the work that was needed to make my Mercedes a Mercedes again (as opposed to the repair kit/used parts options that the insurance adjuster initially offered). He fought for us to get our car back to its original beauty, function and integrity, and did not give up on our behalf (and he prevailed!). I reached out to see if they would be the right people to perform a PPI, seeing as I would be flying from out of state to purchase the car. They performed a very thorough PPI and presented the car very objectively to me, the results of which painted a more honest picture of the car and provided me significant leverage to negotiate. They were quick to provide quotes and schedule the maintenance for the day I’d be in town to buy the car. Fast forward to today, and I finally meet the team in person. They performed the services in great time and prepped the car for my 1100 mile road trip back home. I just completed the first 200 miles and the car is running like a dream! One didn't even notice that the inside thread of the tires was gone, didn't notice the alignment was off, etc. Another didn't even want to waive the diagnostic charge and had inflated prices. “I had a paint spill on the back floor of my car and went to Cobblestone for extraction. In the process, the leather seats were damaged in my brand new vehicle. The carpet became an almost non issue because it is more easily repaired. I didn't hold out a lot of hope that Cobblestone would follow through and accept responsibility for the damage and make it right, Nor did anyone else for that matter, but ... they did! If took some time to find the right guy to make it happen. (he is from Leather Medic.) I can still see the damage, but no one else probably can. The color match was excellent and Shane paid for the repair on the spot. I appreciate that through the entire process they took responsibility from the start and never gave me a runaround or worse, excuses. That folks, is how its done!
