(April 5, 2022, 11:03 pm)OMG!!!! This place is excellent! I needed to make a clasp on an earring, I asked if it was possible to change the design of the clasp on the earrings so that it would hold well and they did. I'm so happy.

NO pretentiousness, even though they work with all levels of jewelry from very affordable moderate to very expensive high-end. They have a nice couple of cases of resale available as well. There is absolutely NO reason to get price gouged at a fancier looking place!
We have had custom work and repairs done as well as purchased right out of the case and road shows. Always thrilled when the quality, price, and particularly service.
