  Doug was awesome! Came in with my pool cleaner having issues and he spent time talking through everything and making sure I had a working cleaner by the time I left. Great service and will be exclusively using Poolwerx in the future.

  Poolwerx is the best pool company that we have had in Heritage Village IV. Always exceptional quality and workmanship plus if there is a breakdown Poolwerx response quickly. Ryan our pool tech is the best!! he take pride in his work and keeps us informed with any issues and get them resolved. The pools and spas are always sprarkling.

  Ryan does an amazing job every visit and is thorough and careful in procedures.He is the best pool guy we’ve had with MEH in our 17 years at the property.Very friendly person with a positive attitude.

  We have been a client of Poolwerx (aka MEH Pool Services) for over 15 years. I was new to pool ownership and had lots of questions. Everyone I met or interacted with, from the owner (Mark), Head Technician (also Mark), pool techs and office personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. Communication is GREAT! A few years ago, MEH and Poolwerx merged. I am happy to say that nothing has changed on our end. Although the company is much bigger (Congratulations!), we are treated like family and are still working with many of the same employees for all these years. Our pool maintenance tech, Devon Miller, has been with the us and the Poolwerx family for many years. He was recently honored by the company and given a promotion to run the Poolwerx store at Scottsdale and Thunderbird roads. Devon is highly valued. You will enjoy and benefit from his and his staff's experience and dedication. We Highly Recommend Poolwerx!

  Great store! Clean with friendly staff. They are very knowledgable and will help you with whatever might be the problem. I can trust their recommendations completely. I never feel like I'm being upsold or given something that won't solve my problem, especially with chemicals.
