Salesperson was very knowledgeable a out the different models available and which one would be best for my back issues. They also had recommendations on where to locate at my home and made other suggestions so that I would have the best experience when using the hot tub. Highly recommend this family owned business.

(February 14, 2023, 12:41 pm)I came in on a Saturday to look at spas and had the great luck to run into Lisa and Alicia. Both are wonderful human beings who took the time to listen to what I was looking for, show me around to see all the amazing options that they have and discuss what would fit my needs (and budget).
They did not try to upsell but rather actually suggested that they had a refurbished spa that would perfectly fit my needs at a great reduced price.
The entire process (including delivery) was fast and easy. I highly recommend Southwest Spas and Pools!

She was the first person that really knew the ins and outs of the product - she educated us, was very patient with all of our questions and extremely professional! We spent months a few different places trying to find the best swim spa. Some places were pushy, not familiar with the product or interested in our needs just their sale. Lisa and Southwest spas and pools is where I wished we had started - it would’ve saved us a lot of time and stress, and we ended up saving the most with this company. The entire process with Lisa & this company was easy.
