Move Group Fitness

Move is so much fun! Tammy is incredible, and welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. There was a diverse group of women in the class- all ages!- and they were so friendly. It was a great atmosphere— doesn’t matter your fitness level, anyone can benefit from this high energy workout! I would recommend this studio to anyone wanting a good workout, a supportive environment, and a great group of people to move alongside. I would love to support this studio, there needs to be more businesses like this one in the world. I’ll definitely be back!

Not only do I love the routines but the instructors are top-notch. They offer both low and high impact options, are highly motivating and fun. The result is that the classes themselves go by so quickly!

MOVE Group Fitness is a wonderful alternative to "the gym". Cardio Dance is so much FUN, you don't even realize you are working every part of your body! Barre is a great strength builder. Looking forward to experiencing Pound & Yoga, too. Great music & fabulous instructors! Come give it a try! The first class is FREE!

This place is everything I could ask for in group fitness and then some. I have taken dance cardio type classes at several different facilities before, but I’ve never enjoyed them so much, or worked as hard as I do here. The music is great and the instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable. Thanks to the wide variety of classes offered, I’m in the best shape of my life!
