“Move is so much fun! Tammy is incredible, and welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. There was a diverse group of women in the class- all ages!- and they were so friendly. It was a great atmosphere— doesn’t matter your fitness level, anyone can benefit from this high energy workout! I would recommend this studio to anyone wanting a good workout, a supportive environment, and a great group of people to move alongside. “The Modern Milk classes are very educational! We took the birthing class, dad class, and breastfeeding class (some live and some virtual) and enjoyed all of them. Stephanie is incredible! After our baby was born, I had urgent questions about breastfeeding and she fit us in same day for a lactation consultation. She followed up with me and helped until my problems were solved. She went above and beyond! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for any breastfeeding questions or concerns.”

“I never liked exercise until I came here. Now I'm going to class 5x a week because I feel so good and have so much fun(and kind of feel like I'm dying at the same time). The classes are challenging but I feel so darn good after that it keeps me coming back. The members are welcoming and awesome people. The staff and instructors are amazing. They somehow remember who I am, any struggles I had during the last class and check in with how I'm doing. It's very impressive. I highly recommend this place! I love it!”

“Not only is the establishment adorable but the owners are just as sweet as the smoothies! The perfect place to get your meal replacement shake with the perfect company. It’s hard to even believe that these shakes are healthy for you because they taste so amazing. The Banana Carmel smoothie was so tasty and as a meal replacement did its job, I even added an extra layer of chocolate because why not it’s sugar free! We will for sure be back!”
