“Love to go see the Christmas at the princess lights. Usually we go to dinner at hacienda inn but they were so busy we couldn't get reservations for weeks ahead of time. Ended up eating at ironwood and it was very good, still Fairmont pricing but we really enjoyed our meal and it's great walking the grounds and seeing all the lights on display.”

“The Diamond Resorts International is in a nice quiet area, in a good location and has a number of nice amenities. The rooms are clean and provide plenty of space. The rooms and buildings reflect the desert terrain by everything being painted brown. Be aware that if you do stay here you will be approached, most likely several times, with an offer to consider some level of resort ownership.”

“Really nice place. We went to visit my brother. They came down for the holidays. The room they had was really nice. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice kitchen. It is next door to the Princess so we went over to see the Christmas lights.”

“Excellent in everything. I was in Scottsdale for a business trip and I had the best experience possible at Hilton Garden Inn. The place is comfortable, has a fitness center, a swimming pool and a guest laundry, which are all pretty handy when you need to spend some time there. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, especially the service. For the entire 2-weeks time I was served by Marisa - a competent, dynamic and pleasant Brazilian waitress. She made sure that everything was perfect for the start of my day. That is pretty much the attitude of the whole staff at the breakfast service and in the hotel - they are competent and willing to help. Very positive experience, I would absolutely recommend!”

“This is by far the best Marriott Residence Inn we’ve ever stayed at. I believe it has just recently been renovated.The rooms set up and amenities are fantastic as well as the decor. They’ve thought of everything to make this room exceptional for a “temporary residence.” My husband is a retired sales man, and he says if only they would’ve had this when he was working. Highly recommend. Note on Getting there: You need to MapQuest this hotel because it is not visible from the road it is on - it’s in an office building complex & is right behind the complex - but there is no signage at the road.”

“5 Stars... because of the PEOPLE...that live here! The PEOPLE MAKE this place! During the winter they have a lot to do when the snowbirds are here. They have breakfast on Saturday, Friday night dinners. Neighbors have get togethers, to play cards, or games.”

“The management are very nice and helpful. The place is really clean. There is air conditioning in the units that's one reason I picked this place. They give you until the 10 th of the month before they give a late fee. When you move in They will let you use a truck to move for 4-6 hours. I just called when I was going to be a little late, it was no problem. They do close early 7:00pm. They do have great security. I would definitely recommend this place.”
