(February 26, 2020, 3:17 pm)I finally found a great vet in the NW valley. The vets at Grand Paws use their hearts as well as their heads in dealing with all our dogs. Front office staff is great and the vet techs know just how to approach a suspicious dog. After each visit, I feel like my dogs have been handled with love and given excellent care...plus, the bill doesn't send me into cardiac arrest. Highly recommended!
(January 23, 2020, 7:01 pm)Amazing community of pet people! We found a kitten, or it found us, that had been likely abandoned and then been hurt somehow. The people who were interested in adopting it, wanted us to first have it's general health evaluated. We sought the help of Grand Paws Animal Clinic who were able to squeeze us in during a cancelled appointment. Each of the staff members involved treated the VERY anxious kitten professionally and skillfully so she could be adopted. When our schedule permits and we can fit pets into our lives, we will definitely seek the assistance of the Grand Paws team! Appreciate their willingness and ability to help!
(January 22, 2020, 12:01 pm)I can’t say enough about Grand Paws Animal Clinic. We have had a few health scares with our pups and they did not hesitate to help! They knew exactly how to treat and make both us and our fur baby’s feel at ease. I am so great for them. The clinic inside has decor that will make any person or animal feel at home! Thank you Grand Paws for everything you do! Holly and Henry wouldn’t be here without you guys!
(December 17, 2019, 11:40 am)Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the staff. The office is so inviting and has a homey feel instead of a cold doctors office. Due to it being December, the office was decked out with Christmas decorations. So beautiful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Veterinarian we saw was very pleasant and helpful. Not to mention since it was my first time scheduling an appointment the first visit was free. Overall this was a great experience for me and my dog. I will definitely be returning.
(December 2, 2019, 1:27 pm)I love this place! I really feel like they have my pets' best interest at heart. Just recently, our puppy needed surgery and even though the schedule was full the day before Thanksgiving, they squeezed him in instead of sending us to an emergency vet. They discussed the estimate with us and let us know which items were beneficial but not necessary, since this was quite an unexpected bill. They seemed genuinely concerned for our puppy's well being. There were items that they could have charged us for after the surgery but then let us know it would not be necessary . They have also been great with our kitty, who isn't the nicest patient. They are still sweet to her too. I highly recommend Grand Paws!
