“These guys are great. When my truck was dropped off I wasn't completely satisfied by something that probably wouldn't have been a big deal to those that don't pay attention to detail. I didn't want to deal with sending it back but they were adamant they wanted to make it right. They explained the entire process with us, and showed us what the final result would look like. They explained how the back window would be tinted since it is an exceptionally large window. “Recently We had had damage to our truck due to a mouse. We didn’t know about Allen’s and got it fixed elsewhere for a fortune. We were concerned the mouse might be back to cause more damage and someone told us about called Allen’s. I called and they told us they could squeeze us in that day. They did a thorough inspection of the car and thankfully didn’t find anything. Their hourly price was reasonable and, in the end, they didn’t even charge us. We will definitely come back to them if we have any other car maintenance or car repair needs.”
