The entire community is beautiful and well maintained, and the maintenance department has an over 93% approval rating from the Residents...my former supervisor Antonio is a true asset to the community and a caring and compassionate Diplomat. “I absolutely love Alex!! I come and see her at least monthly for a facial and dermaplaning. She customizes each visit depending on the needs of my skin. I've been to other places before meeting Alex but nothing compares to her cute lil private suite and custom experience she provides each time. “Definitely what this area needed. This being the only store or gas station nearby it's made a world of difference to this area. While easily accessible from Any direction the traffic is still lousy getting back towards Grand Ave. The store is massive and full of food stations like sushi, chicken and more. There is also of course a Starbucks with seating. There are self checkouts as well as your normal cashiers. The store is clean and everything pretty easy to find what you need. Service was the only thing lacking. While I walked by my Erin's employees only one acknowledged me. It doesn't hurt to at least say hello.”

Questionnaire very helpful for medical history to ensure no allergies, concerns etc. Angelica gave me my facial and was very polite, informative, patient, professional and tried to make sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. The facial she gave was great and relaxing. Was easy to set an appointment and redeem gc online. Informed of appointment reminders through email/text also.”

“We ordered a three-piece chicken dinner and instead of getting coleslaw as we ordered we got mashed potato and gravy instead. We noticed that the girl at the cash register on the drive thru side was not paying attention to what she was doing and was talking too fast on the mic and at the window. Please make sure that you tell your employees to watch what they're doing and not to talk so fast that's how they get things confused. The food was good I can't complain about.”

“I had new Trojan batteries installed in my cart. We were educated by Mike regarding lithium batteries, and really appreciate his expertise. Cart was picked up at 6am, returned before 2pm with new batteries and cables, and Mike educated me on regular charging procedures in the Arizona heat, as well as the charging procedures for my brand new batteries. The service was awesome, the product is excellent, and the cost was exactly what they told me . . . No hidden fees. I won't be going anywhere else for any golf cart maintenance.
