Watkins saved me $3500+ over BMW for repairs (struts, strut assembly, tie rods, shock absorber, tire alignment +six month warranty) needed on my 2015 BMW X3 as it is nearing 100K miles. They installed BMW parts and went above and beyond to ensure the repair would be to my satisfaction. This was the first time I let anyone other than BMW work. “My recollections are fairly clear. Court was a slow, uncomfortable process. The judge was amazing. You might say he had outstanding mental balance or perhaps one had been a contortionist? :) I was one of the last of a large number of people. When my name was called I was escorted to a private room and was told I was free to leave. Unlike when I served Federal Jury Duty I was able see the Tempe judge with defendant after defendant. Obviously I can only think as a lay person. I did have contact with staff on different floors. I was favorably impressed.”

We requested a quote for 5 sun screens for a very difficult mounting arrangement. Brad took a dozen pictures and had his chief installer survey the site before they would write a quote. What an outstanding fit with an awesome product we received. Brad knocked it out of the ball park! Then the installation team Kyle, Rudy and Skylar showed up early, set up and installed these five 12ft X 10ft sun screens. These well seasoned installers worked liked a super oiled machine while installing our sun shades. They were courteous, focused and left no traces that they had been there. “This is a small shop - kind of a boutique service business that does great work. I went to visit them and made an appointment to have a near total restoration of my 1968 roadster done. I delivered the car according to our agreed upon schedule and they have done a fantastic job for me., They have been very flexible in accommodating my needs and have allowed me to monitor the progress. They have even provided photos, via email as the project moved forward. It is understandable that such a small business has trouble scheduling work and responding to phone requests as they are busy working on the cars. It is worth being a little patient when working with them because the end result I am getting is totally to my satisfaction. ”

“I wanted to get a memorial tattoo as a tribute to my brother who recently passed. I am a hobby artist and it was really important for me to find someone who did both tattoos and painting. I wanted to be able to connect to the person doing this piece and really collaborate to come up with a design that both honored my brother and expressed my artsy style. Tariq was recommended by several artists on a Facebook group I'm a member of and I am so glad he was available. Tariq was awesome! I was super nervous and wasn't sure how exactly to approach designing this tattoo. Tariq walked me through it, was very kind and thoughtful as I described what I was looking for and the meaning behind it. He's got an infectious energy and enthusiasm for his craft and an easy going personality. I had my first session yesterday and I could not be happier with both the tattoo and the overall experience and I highly recommend him.”
