(June 6, 2019, 2:22 pm)Can't say enough good things about Kevin! He recently added cryotherapy and compression therapy, which makes recovery all the more convenient. I feel fresh and ready for the day to begin afterward and always look forward to my next visit. The workouts are always varied and he can tailor them to your needs.

Kevin Freeland has helped me gain strength, be more functional in daily routines, and now recover faster! The cryotherapy is really helping the pain/inflammation in my SI joints. He is a pleasant, professional, kind and knowledgeable person.
(April 12, 2017, 3:18 pm)Kevin is a abulous personal trainer with a no-nonsense get down to business gym. What are your goals? The obvious - get in better shape, lose weight and the rest but what about going further, want to do Olympic style lifting, be an expert with kettle bells, power lifting, be a super star athlete, kill in your next competition, he is really in tune with those goals too. He does all that but he makes you stronger, better, smarter, more in tune with you, along the way. Best way to start my morning.
