“I had to purchase 4 new tires as we are moving cross country. My tire size isn’t usually an in stock size tire. I had set up an appointment with the service tech, (who will remain nameless) suggested I have a different size put on my car since it is usually an in stock tire. I went in and had them installed, Tyler B checked my car in that day. They installed the tires and when I checked them before going in for my key the tires looked like they didn’t fit quite right. Tyler B came out looked at my car and agreed. Tyler was able to get 4 tires for me by the following day. He even made suggestions based on the weather where we were moving. I had the tires installed today and they look much better. They had left grease on my tires from the installation. Tyler went in and got a rag and cleaned all of them up. Tyler exemplifies stellar customer service and makes sure his customers are happy! He deserves a raise he is a hard working young man!!”
