“Overall for being a gym serving the largest student body it’s a pretty good gym. Almost everything is always pretty clean, they have ample cardio and weight machines. The Weightlifting racks during busy times are usually full but most people don’t spend too long and that’s to be expected. The layout is pretty interesting though, sometimes confusing.”

“I tried one class here. I really don't consider myself an aggressive type, so I was a little iffy about it. I wasn't too excited for the part where we put on the boxing gloves, but I liked the conditioning part of the class. We jogged laps around the room, did core work, and we also did some situps by hanging on to the punching bags with our legs. The teacher was very nice and patient in explaining things. The other students were great too. The ones who were more seasoned were more than happy to lend a helping hand to the newbies as well as help to break down the concepts.m”

I also attend BJJ training at the original location in Mesa-so six days a week I’m here and haven’t been kicked out yet! You could say things are pretty serious between Faction and myself. The folks here, both staff and students, don’t have big ego’s-it's all about having a good time and learning to embrace your inner ninja. Everyone is encouraging, friendly and genuinely interested in helping each-other progress in their training.
