“I used to to buy bread from Great Harvest 10 plus years ago when I lived in Michigan. Today I discovered that there is a store location fairly close to me in Tempe AZ!! Scored myself a loaf of Dakota bread today and I am a happy guy. Best bread for buttered toast in the USA... Killer Dave bread cannot come close to Great Harvest IMO. Try a grilled cheese sandwich with this bread, you will not be disappointed. This is a heavy and dense bread full of flavor. Don't be concerned that the price point is higher than the grocery stores. Grocery store breads are fluffed and full of air. Try it!!”

Only a few customers are allowed in at a time so your wait may be outside. Its a grab and go with no were to sit. This place always has a drive thru line and the food speaks for the long line of people waiting to get the food. It's value for money absolutely. The clerks here are certainly a sight to behold as they quickly get your order ready whilst dealing with several troubling customers. It takes strong, intelligent, and highly professional people to both get orders right, on time, and in a customer service manner. I love coming back to QT because the employees really do welcome you inside. The manager is also a good teacher. Saw her teaching a new clerk when I was ordering a pizza. She took the time to repeat information if necessary. Logan I believe her name was. Wonderful staff all around. Check it out if you get the chance and need a quick sandwitch.”

“Loved the service from our waitress, Sandra! She was very attentive, friendly and professional. The food was good and loved our drinks! Sandra recommended it, although I don't recall the name but included a pic. The atmosphere was not as tropical as you would expect with the name but pleasant. I was a bit surprised that though we had reservations for a table outside, didn't find out till we arrived that reservations are for inside dining only! We were also still required to wait for a table albeit it wasn't the hour and half wait walk in customers had to endure on a Saturday afternoon so I recommend reservations as it got even busier as the dinner crowds of tourists began pouring in. There is a bar available inside, nestled in the middle of the building. Family friendly and saw mostly casually dressed patrons. Outside seating appears to face the water and parking was ample though I suggest parking in the rear versus fighting for the up close parking. No valet when we arrived but seems to be possibly available at other times? Prices were a bit high but within reason. I definitely recommend the desserts!”

“Walking into Portillo's is a refreshing experience. The open diner speckled with neon signs and big windows into the kitchen creates a laid-back atmosphere. We ordered the Maxwell Street Polish Sausage and the Big Beef sandwich. The hot dog was absolutely perfect, with the signature sausage snap and juicy flavor. The Big Beef was okay, although very dry; I ordered it "dry" (no gravy), which is probably the cause. I would order sandwiches with lots of gravy next time. Portillo's has the best dogs in Tempe and a decent sandwich menu to back up the charge.”
