“My little guy is just old enough to start liking parks and this one is perfect for him! The padded ground is great for him to fall on. It’s definitely one of the nicer and more toddler friendly parks in our area. Looking forward to many happy park dates here!”

“Tempe did an amazing job renovating this park and I take my family here frequently (4-5 times a week when the weather is nice). The size makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids as they play, but you have to be careful little ones don’t wander off through the Oleanders into the adjacent alleyway. Be mindful of the time you go as you will likely encounter folks experiencing houslessness in the mornings, so if that is a concern, visit mid-day and onward.”

“Clean little neighborhood playground with a large field and shady trees. There's a zipline, but no swings. Lots of space to set a blanket down for a picnic.”

“My soccer league plays here often. Fields are usually in ok shape but took a star off because sometimes they're a little beat up. Still a pretty solid complex tho with good lighting for play at night, plenty of parking and on-site bathrooms.”

“On a recent trip to the saguaro day use I was very happy to see the picnic tables had very nice views of the superstition mountains. The tables do provide some shade and there are water fountains and restrooms conveniently located in the day use area. There is access to some of the trails in the park. The day use area is within the Lost Dutchman State Park and there was a $10 fee for using the area.”

“This place is so relaxing. A beautiful evening of gentle water flow and ambient lighting. Fantastic place to unwind and enjoy a bike ride, stroll, and/or jog. Always neat and clean and during summer can also rent canoes/kayaks for boating adventures. People are friendly, and it's good vibes whenever we go. There are different access sides to the lake so there is a choice according to which side you enter at. One side bathroom's and kayaking most prevalent, and the other is more of a beach front fishing pier type of atmosphere. There are restrooms located on both sides, which are maintained and clean. I really enjoy afternoon park festivities as they are both family friendly and entertaining.”

“I walked on part of this path from the Phoenix Zoo/ Papago Park area (next to the Hole in the Rock). It's concrete and nicely paved. Unfortunately, there wasn't much shade. Didn't see many hikers, most a few bikes going along the trail. It got hot, so I had to turn back. Edit: This path apparently also extends to Scottsdale (not sure if same one but did see the labeled sign along the path.) I was able to access this path from the G.R. Herberger Park. There were some nice trees in blossom along the way, however this part of the trail was close to the street- so a bit noisy.”
