He was so nice and so understanding not only did he explain what's wrong with the car but he sent me pictures and explained them to me one by one. My car was a total loss so I didn't end up going with the repairs however I want everyone to know how comfortable my experience was. How informed I was about the repairs needed on my car. I definitely plan on using them in the future for my other cars. Love love love. Female friendly definitely. Not saying women can't understand cars. Some don't however and finding a mechanic is pretty scary. I have confidence you can come here alone. “While it’s ER facilities definitely need updating, my experience with St Luke’s staff was good. They appeared to be understaffed and making the best of their situation. My wait for a room seemed long. I was grateful to have gracious EMTs who could attend me until a room could be found. I had a gushing nosebleed. I found the medical staff to be attentive, caring and professional. The attending Physician had a great sense of humor and bedside manner. He explained our options and was a calming presence through a very painful procedure. .I Appreciate my medical attention at St Luke’s and am grateful they are there.”

“I had a very unfortunate accident happen to my bridesmaids dress the week of the wedding. There was an awful stain on the front of my dress from candle oil. Every dry cleaner I called listened to about two seconds of my story and told me that there wasn’t much hope but I could bring it in. The last place I called was Frenchy’s and when I spoke to the owner, Judy, she asked me many questions and set realistic expectations. She told me that it was unlikely to be perfect but that she would personally work on the dress. Judy even texted me updates while she working on it. I picked up the dress 48 hours later and I was BLOWN AWAY. The dress was PERFECT! The stain was completely gone. Frenchy’s truly surpassed all expectations that I had for the results of the dress. The customer service and urgency was so wonderful and appreciated! I can not thank Frenchy’s enough!”

This place is always clean, the energy is upbeat, the app is convenient but what sealed the deal as my new favorite barbershop was Colette. From the jump she made me feel like we had been friends for years although we had never met. Haircuts can be awkward especially for someone with social anxiety but she kept conversations going that turned a normally bland experience into the highlight of my week. Also, I got a haircut! She cut my hair perfectly I will absolutely be back soon and often. Even as I was leaving my clumsy self dropped a $20 bill and she noticed and ran after me to the parking lot to return it to me. I am one happy patient.
