“Here’s the deal: these guys are great. They are kind, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Oh, and honest. My last vet was in the “pharmacy-up-charge” and “do-tests-without-mentioning-costs-until-it’s-too-late” business; these guys offered pricing of everything up front and we’re all for suggesting less-profitable options. While the building is on the north side of the lake on car-repair-row (I’ve seen more elegant structures in Depression era photos), the inside is modern and really nice. The staff was all super sweet and gentle. The vet seemed like he used to be a country livestock doctor (was no nonsense), but I liked knowing he knew exactly what needed to be done. The rest of the staff made up with the lovey dovey factor.. The vet even personally did phone follow up twice. I’ll be a lifelong customer!”

“In response to Ms Carla's review. Although she is a nice person she does not know landlord tenant law, and wanted me to do things that are outside the scope of of the law. Also I was not her manager, I came into the middle of a situation to try to help her. She wanted the home she was renting returned back to new condition at the tenants expense, I tried to explain I could only charge the tenant for items that were not normal ware and tare. While the tenants were living there she refused to allow me to do any repairs, when the homeowners association demanded exterior repairs she made me do things like have the rotted wood painted over. I inspected the townhouse five times and made suggestions, gave her updates, and pictures every time I went. The tenant held over for 3 weeks from the date he said he would move out, she called me many times to "get them out " I explained I could not just move their things out, I would have to go through the courts. After many talks with the tenant I was able to get him to move out, he did so on a Friday. She demanded I do all the work needed by Monday,this was not easy, but I did everything I could under the law. and had it complete over the weekend so she could move back in. Then the tenant contacted her directly, and somehow I became the bad guy For the following two weeks she did not return my calls, or try to contact me. In her review she says I did not help the tenant find a new home. One reason is he never asked, and given his actions I would not rent to him again. William E Wood nor I did anything wrong. As I said she is a nice person, just very frustrated.over a very confusing situation.”

“Doctors Seville, Ruiz, and Gabrielle are three of the most competent medical professionals my husband (Darron Haywood) and I have ever met. They take out time to examine, diagnose, and explain to us the condition of our health and any other findings. They have repeatedly referred us to equally competent specialist who performed surgeries and treatments that resulted the best possible recovery. Dr. Seville and Dr. Ruiz even draw images to help explain in detail how the body parts in discussion works and how medication plays its role. As a woman, it is important for to speak to someone who can both understand and sympathize with women's health issues. Gabrielle took notice that there was definitely something going on with my health that had not been detected. I believe she prevented me from having a stroke or heart attack. Before leaving the examination room, she examined my eyes and reordered another blood pressure check, only to discover that my pressure had suddenly reached an alarming level from the previous test taken just minutes before. It was then when she altered my medication to bring my pressure under control. My husband and I will always remain under the care of these three medical professional and will continue to refer others. “We booked here for a week during our vacation. It was a great choice, the location is a short drive away from everything. Breakfast every morning. The pool is great, water temperature was always perfect. The only down side right now is you have to request things for your room, but its because of covid things that are still in place. Its a very simple process, you just have to make sure to get it downstairs. Our room faced the super bright billboard out front and the first night it was somewhat bothersome but after that we figured out how to get the curtains just right and we didn't mind it. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. Updated. Has laundry, workout room, ice machine, pool etc everything you could need for a stay. Chris, the guy working the front desk the days we were there was so helpful and friendly. He always greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing. We had lots of questions being as we were from out of town, he always had great recommendations on both local attractions and restaurants. Sherry, she was one of the housekeepers and she was also fantastic. Anytime we needed something she was always on top of it, she was also extremely helpful and friendly.”
