“Honestly, I was stuck between a 3.5 and 4. But what keeps it as a four are the people from the desk to the shop. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, honest and accommodating. I needed fast work prior to taking my truck off road and out of state and they worked genuinely to make it happen. The work was done and done well. However, be cautious when given a time for 1. Drop off versus 2. When work on the vehicle will actually begin. TWO times I was provided with times that were off. That said, this is a new shop and it seems they’re working hard to get the ebb and flow right. I bet four and five stars become the norm. Thanks, Brakes Plus.”

Our three months' search ended with placement in a facility that met all our criteria, but because of their less than stellar online reviews, we were skeptical at first. So, prior to making a commitment with a deposit, we communicated with not only the marketing and executive directors, but the activities and nursing directors as well. Now, months later, we believe that establishing excellent communication with the staff has given my family great peace of mind, and we are grateful for the care and compassion my uncle receives. “I am keeping my review strictly to the independent living/assisted and NOT the skilled nursing.… That would have a very different review. My father moved into an independent living apartment in August, and after a serious medical issue, and a 2 1/2 weeks day in the skilled nursing, he required higher level of care and is now under the Assisted living. After our experience at Palazzo’s skilled nursing floor, I was skeptical. I am pleasantly happy to report a very positive experience. My dad had a recent fall and was attended to quickly. Response time to his pendant give me added comfort as I return back to the East. All the caregivers have been nice and special kudos go to Dorothy, Melissa, and Luz who have been available every time I have needed them and have taken seriously every question I have asked, with the utmost of patience, because there have been many!”
