“I have been to 5 different Crossfit gyms in Arizona over the past 6 years and I've never gone out of my way to write a review for any of them. I will always recommend 646 to anyone who asks (they have two locations, one in Marana and one on River). The coaches are extremely knowledgable and professional. Whether you attend the 5AM or the 6PM, the coaches are always happy to be there and incredibly engaging. The members are also supportive, positive and hardworking. Matt, the owner writes the programming and it is by far the best I've ever seen at any CF gym as well. I've made more progress in two years at 646 than I did in my first 4 years at other gyms.”

“I'm so thankful for everyone at The Watermark. As soon as I walked in for my tour I was blown away by the atmosphere: immaculately clean surroundings, friendly staff interacting with residents (by name), and happy people everywhere! So many residents were socializing, lounging, or taking advantage of amenities, which are plentiful. There is plenty of room to roam, but the facility isn't so big that it's overwhelming. The food is excellent, and meal times are flexible. There's always snacks out, too! Thoughtful little touches like that make it feel more like home. Leslie was instrumental in helping us over some unforseen hurdles and making sure my dad had a safe place to go after he was released from skilled nursing. During move-in, Tony was there to help with everything, including entertaining my kids while I set up my dad's room. He's even available to help my dad with his phone and occasional tech issues. Marisol has been so helpful and communicative in working out issues with my dad's meds and care plan. The whole staff is kind, supportive, and watchful. I whole-heartedly recommend The Watermark for assisted living. I can rest much easier knowing that he's in a safe place getting assistance from people who actually care and interact with him daily.”

“This isn't the best but it's not the worse! I stay here a lot due to business and will always come back. The front people have always been really helpful and super nice, it seems like house keeping comes at least every other day so the rooms are always clean. Also, I never seen any roaches, I was at the intown suites and they had a horrible nasty roach problem and this is why I came to the red roof. I never had a issue with anyone here so I'm always comfortable. Also, the price is really reasonable.”

“The staff is friendly, professional, engaging and quick. The whole establishment seems to be very organized which I appreciate as a customer. I felt uneasy after our previous dentist's diagnosis and ended up coming to Dr. Sophie for an emergency visit. My daughter had to have extensive work done and they were able to get us in very fast and make my daughter feel so much better. “Had a really good experience at this gym. Getting a membership was easy. Up to date gym equipment that was well maintained. They have the most impressive treadmills with lots of gadgets. Staff are very warm and friendly. Even it’s members were friendly with great gym etiquette. Weights were racked right. There was an easy rotation on equipment even on busy days. They use a 3D model of your physique with the fitness consult. I really like that. The personal training was a good price for value. It’s too bad I didn’t take the full advantage of it. I was a travel nurse working hard hours and chose sleep over the gym. The staff treated me like family and seemed worried. This place is a great way to get the warmth of a small town feel in a city. Would gladly return here if I were in Tucson again.”

“Through the years I've abused my body on more than one occasion. So the joys of my youth have come home to be one aching back pain after another. Well, since I've found Dr Guyton and his awesome staff I'm able to conveniently schedule an appointment (sometimes the same day) when I need one. Today, I enjoy visiting every 2 weeks, for a session with Dr Guyton, to work out the aches and pains in my back. As soon as I hear the back crack, I instantly feel so much better. although it is pretty routine these days I can assure you he took me when I felt like a stale pretzel and restored me to my old self in a single visit.
