“Fermin is a guy who I refer to as a friend. He took super care of me and my wife and gave me not just a very fair deal but followed up after the sale when we had an obstacle. If he seems standoffish it's because he's trying to avoid Covid. I don't blame him. He will stay 6-8 feet away from everyone and some may find this peculiar. I wish everybody took this pandemic as seriously as he does.”

“Gary, Peanut, Justin and Bryant were super great! Especially Gary and Peanut! They helped me the most and were super friendly and smiley! I walked in with my BMC and they helped me right away! I was having trouble getting my new pedals on my bike, and they removed my old flat ones and installed my new clipless ones easy, plus put in my cleats on my new shimanos and Gary took me to the lot in the back and taught me how to clip in and clip out super easy! plus he adjusted my seat, could tell right away the height was not correct. Rode away from the shop with what felt like a brand new bike! Was my first time at the shop and I was thoroughly impressed. Thank you so much for the help guys!”

“Great place for service. Brought my daughter bike in for service and repair. They did it fast and with knowledge.”

“I decided to change the handle bars on my folding ebike and could not make a decision based on the options available online. I went over to Oro Valley bicycles and was helped by a very knowledgeable sales guy. He showed me what options they had in stock and they had the perfect setup. I went back a couple of weeks later to make the same adjustment to my wife's bike. A different person helped me but I got the same level of service. I enjoyed helping a local business during the pandemic. Highly recommend.”

“Having moved from Colorado two years ago, I'm a relative newcomer who has been searching for a choice local bike shop, and I've found it! My first visit was for a creak from road bike #1 that I thought was coming from the bottom bracket but instead came from my aging saddle - and they didn't charge me! On another visit, I bought bar tape, and received useful attention as if I was buying something more technical and interesting. Just this week, road bike #2 received a tune-up and repair for a tweaked derailleur hanger, and it rides just like new! Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and - most important - obvious bike lovers! Keep up the great work!”

“Been enjoying the finds at Play it Again for years now. Half the time I go in and can't find anything I like, the other half its exactly what I'm looking for!! That's the beauty of a used shop, finding the gems at the right time. Staff could be a little nicer is the only reason for my 4/5 stars. Again, half the time seems like I get someone whose bothered by me and the other half its the same big guy (owner??) who is great to chat with and always knowledgeable about what I'm looking for.”

“Very courteous and helpful, they were able to correct my bent detailer hanger without replacing parts and they gave my bike a complimentary inspection. I have full confidence in their associates to provide valuable feedback without trying to sell me anything I don't need or didn't ask for. Plus they sent me home with some excellent biking maps of Tucson. I'll be using them for all my cycling needs as long as I'm living nearby.”
