Staff is always pleasant, and I really am doing a review to mention that I enjoyed getting my rental today to see a card stating that my rental had been sanitized and cleaned. “There was a very long wait at the counter when we arrived at the rental office in the Tucson airport, however the woman who waited on us was alone to man the desk. She was super nice and got everyone through as quickly as she could. We got a Kia Forte and I loved it. The gas mileage was great and the car handled like a charm.”

I returned to Enterprise and spoke to the manager who got me a replacement asap and also upgraded me to a much nicer car.
