“My favorite Dutch Bros to go to! I am from Vail and have been back to visit every year and always make sure to grab a coffee everyday while I'm here from this location. The staff is always super fun and easy to talk to. They do a great job with training their employees to talk to guests. I always feel great getting my coffee here. The drinks are always pretty consistent too, whereas Starbucks is a hit or miss.”

“I have been living here for one year and have just signed a lease for the second year my experience here has been a positive one my apartment is spacious clean and convenient. I have a huge walk-in closet and lots of storage there are many kitchen cabinets that I don't even have enough stuff to fill them countertop space is abundant and all of my appliances work great I was surprised to find that I had a dishwasher as well. That also works excellent. The apartment also came with its own water heater so I never run out of hot water. The ground here at Cordova are very well kept the grass is beautiful the pool is beautiful and kept up very well. The groundskeepers are friendly helpful and never complain no matter how much litter they have to pick up. I have never had any problems putting in a work order for a repair the office quickly gets it off to maintenance and within a day or two the issue is resolved. The office staff here is extremely accommodating and more than pleasant to speak to. The staff will go out of their way to make sure any issue that you may have is resolved quickly and efficiently. All in all I've had a pleasant say here. I've made some new friends and I've taken advantage of and enjoyed all the amenities here. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Cordova village apartments to my family and Friends.”

“We stayed in the Oasis area of the campground in early April. Beautiful section with spacious, paved sites. Bathhouses we’re immaculate. Nice private bathroom with shower. We loved it here so much we booked two weeks next year. Nice dog parks; one small one large. The only problem we had is on our last night two aggressive Dalmatians who were in the dog park. The owners did not have control of them and we had to leave with our golden retriever. Otherwise it was a very nice visit.”

The Community Manager Ms April is very professional and friendly she takes the time to stop whatever she’s doing in order to help her tenants and gets back to you in a timely manner to resolve issues. Ms.April is very down to earth and yet very professional she explains everything that you need to know in details. I have been here since October 2019 and I have absolutely NO complaints with the managing of my apartment or the property”
