Tommy in sales was full of knowledge very respectful and helped answer all our questions and took his time listened and no pressure felt. Sebastian in finance couldn't of been more amazing when it came to executing the final deal and meeting with him a couple times during entire process to give advice and best options for us personally. Between Tommy and Sebastian being so wonderful to us we didn't think it could get any better until we met Nick in service. Nick took his time as well to explain and answered all questions we had and advice on adding items best options. This dealership in my opinion made the process painless as we all know how frustrating it can be purchasing a new bike/vehicle. We traded the previous Harley that was paid off from Silver Spring road in Milwaukee, WI that experience in 2015 in Milwaukee, WI was just ok compared to the exceptional service we received at this Tucson dealership. If your in between which bike is best for you and want to take your time and learn this dealership takes it's time with you as the customer they do not rush you and to me that speaks volumes compared to previous dealerships we visited and put so much pressure making us run out the door. Do not hesitate to stop at this dealership whether to buy new clothes gear from the nice girls or purchase a new bike or get work done. “Five stars for excellent customer service today! It took the clerk a while to acknowledge us buuut it was because she was making waffle cones!! Which was pretty cool to watch and it filled the place with a sweet and delicious aroma!! I asked if they had dairy, soy and gluten free alternatives and she knew what they were right away. Lemon or raspberry sorbet. Sadly the only safe mix in was gummy bears but for my 8 year old he was absolutely thrilled! Hopefully in the future they will carry a couple of dairy free ice creams (chocolate hint hint) besides the sorbet! We stopped in today after the kid's first day of school to cool off and talk about how it went. The store was very clean. The clerk was very nice and helpful. They keep their freezers stocked with ice cream cakes, cupcakes and ice cream sandwiches that all looked absolutely gorgeous and decadent! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!!”

The blood draw was the best I’ve ever had, and I hate getting blood drawn! The new clinic is wonderful and the covid safety precautions are exceptional, thoughtfully done, and a step above the rest!”
