“I brought in an old 4runner earlier this month to pass emissions. I was well aware of its state and that it has been neglected for years. Due to their reviews online and my initial interaction with staff, I trusted them to fix deep issues with the timing chain and system which were causing the emissions failure. I was very anxious, given that this work is innately expensive. I got my vehicle back and have spent a few days in it, and could not be happier with the results. The vehicle obviously drives better, and also got additional, necessary maintenance that it needed. It passed emissions with flying colors, and I have a feeling that I won't be failing tests again anytime soon. The mechanic(s) there are clearly professionals. I was able to give them very basic and vague information about issues I suspected with the vehicle, and they were able to diagnose it immediately without conducting an emissions test. My only constructive feedback is that there be more communication about the timeline required to complete the work. I recommend this business to others.”
