“FIVE STARS....The management keeps on top of everything. It's a super clean park, with weed control enforced, and the pools are always warm in winter and very clean. Neighbors are really great, and I feel safe walking at night for my 45 minutes. There is lighting at night, but not so bright that it is annoying. There is no neighborhood junk in the driveways, and they have regular social get togethers. It's very quiet day and night which is nice. Wife and I came from a 4500 sf estate home to a downsize 1900 sf, and it's nice not to have so much maintenance. I pay an employee $80 a year to spray pre-emergence/weed killer, and it is gated and patrolled at night. Best in Tucson.”

“I would have to concur with all the reviews posted so far. She is definitely one of the best physicians my family has seen. We started visiting her office when our oldest was born almost a decade ago. When our 2nd came along years later, it was a natural fit. When she relocated from Carondolet which was ~10 minutes away to TMC, almost an hour away, we immediately followed her to underscore how good we felt about her caring for our kids. We probably would have stayed with her until she retired if we didn't relocate to another state. We highly recommend her as Pediatrician for your little ones. Her level of empathy is great and she works with the parents to find the best solution for the children (i.e. more of a collaborative approach than authoritarian).”

“I have been a patient of Dr. Talavaev’s for fifteen years and he was great. However, for the past year, I have been unable to contact his office via phone. It doesn’t even have voicemail! You have to literally drive to their office for anything-medicine update or release, appointment making, etc… Today I arrived at his office to check on an appointment because I had written it down incorrectly and needed to check on the actual time of the appointment. I arrived at eight, when they open (it says so on the building) and the door was locked. I waited ten minutes…still locked. I returned to my car and called the office again, no answer. I contacted his emergency line and told them that I just needed to reach the office to see if my appointment was right now (clearly it wasn’t since everything was locked). She said their office hours were 8-4 on Fridays and they should be there. There was a car parked in the back of their office too. So it is now 8:15 and I tried the door again and knocked. No answer. What has happened to this office? What if I had an emergency because of an accident close by? Aren’t doctors offices supposed to serve the community at all times when they are supposed to be open. Ridiculous! Update two days later… I received an automated reminder via phone about the appointment that was today. To be clear, Dr T is not the problem with this office. He is a caring, thorough and kind man. I still don’t like that we can’t call in, but maybe using the patient portal may work best. The situation of making appointments via phone seems to be beyond his control.”

“Keith and I moved to Green Valley July 2022 and he found Valley Christian church via the Internet. from the first day that we walked in we really enjoyed the people, the prayer, the preaching and the fellowship. it really feels like home. Jim calls once a week to check in to see how we are doing.. they have Sunday potlucks once a month, they have Wednesday prayer gathering, Friday game night, Thursday women’s Bible study, men’s breakfast, and they support the community. Hope you Visit VCC for Sunday school at 10 AM and/or service at 11 AM on Sundays. I have learned so much about the Bible, biblical history and how it applies today. This is a Bible believing church that loves our savior, Jesus.”

“Big Beautiful campground that’s no longer maintained. Grass over grown weeds high and more. If you go during monsoon season you’ll be lucky to find the water flowing down the rocks onto the road. Nice place to make a few s’mores or cook a few hot dogs on one of the many grills. Just beware that the weeds are a lil high and grass to your ankles so go prepared. Overall it’s a good place to get in touch with nature while getting away from the city.”
