I've been a customer for over 10 years now and have never had anything but a great experience with every visit. They really try and help you with all aspects and want to help make sure you get your items back and paid off. The staff has always been businesslike and friendly. Their knowledge of the products they loan on has been superior to any shop I've been to in the past. Would not go anywhere else. The merchandise in the shop is higher priced but matches the higher quality products they offer perfectly. The store is clean and organized and the hours accommodate most every schedule. Working the front line in TX, my boyfriend’s birthday slipped. I needed a birthday cake and for it to be delivered (less than 24 hours notice). I reached out to Sugar Mama requesting a German chocolate cake and for it to be delivered. They responded quickly to my message and took my order plus they were able to deliver it.
