“A temporary worker was apparently making a decent amount of delivery errors due in part to short-staffing this location is experiencing, I was affected by this and I was very upset. I filed a claim and a person at this office got right to me (via phone) and let me air some grievances and then helped me figure out what to do next. Further, the rest of the team at this office were also very diligent and kind in trying to help me navigate what the next steps would possibly be. The package I was expecting was somewhat expensive but more importantly of very sentimental value to me so I was really sweatin’ it hard. I ended up coming in to check if someone turned in said package and I ended up speaking with a supervisor. I was able to let him know my feelings on the matter; he received my statements and questions warmly, kindly, and patiently. It helped me be able to regulate the stress of the situation a lot easier- the feeling of being heard while not being totally (or in this case at all) blown off is hugely comforting. The other MVP here is our regular carrier- when they returned, they went above and beyond and actually found my package and delivered it to me today (thanks in part to the folks that received by mistake it and wrote “NOT MY HOUSE” lol). Thanks to this office for giving it a rounded try to find my very important package.”

I didn't listen to him for a whole year about going with bifocals or progressives but it's so inconvenient to constantly take on and off glasses. So I finally listened to him. I also like the eye scan that they do since it test for eye diseases... very good to know that the eyes are healthy from the scan.”

She always takes the time for us, explains things & encourages me during labor. I love her! She explained to us the placenta and let us take pictures.
