“This place deserves a 5 star and PLUS. We are not from AZ, we were staying in Camp Verde for a 4 day weekend back in June and when we woke up, we had seen our little Pooch had passed. When I called this establishment, I was scared that they would not be able to accommodate us. After speaking with, who I believe was, Andy, he made sure that we would be taken care of. He had so much compassion and he understood how much our fur baby meant to us. When we got there we were sent to a room and we were able to say our good byes to the little fella. We have never gone through this and we were so shocked on how well this process went. We were pretty far from All Pets Great & Small but the drive to take Pooch (yes his name was Pooch) and back to pick up his remains was so well worth it. I suggest this place to anyone who wants their fur baby to be treated with the utmost respect.”
