“Growing up we used to go to western warehouse in my home town! was looking to get a new pair of boots. I’ve been to the store a bunch of times. I’ve bought clothes. Bought boots for my son for myself. I know 5 AM. I know what I’m looking for. I didn’t have to deal with customer service today. I have heard people having bad experiences with boot barn because they tend to hire very young stuff who appear like they rather be left alone and not deal with people than to help. I was asked for help a few times but I knew what I was getting. I didn’t need any help. But every time I’ve been here. There’s always strange vibes from the cashiers. One time they didn’t believe us that we grabbed a pair of jeans from the 50% off rack if we buy another pair. Then they had to triple check that these were the right jeans because they didn’t feel like they were coded properly. However, the manager was awesome and honoring the pants that we purchased because they were located on the 50% off rack as long as we purchased another pair of pants. So the managers are cool. This time the cashiers. Just asked us if anybody helped us. I said no. The rest of the transaction was very quiet. Pay. And leave. And honestly, sometimes that’s nice. But I could see how this could bother some people as far as I know it wasn’t enough to stop me from coming back here. The next time I need a pair of boots.”

But there are renovations going on inside the store to make it even bigger and better... hopefully the renovations will be done quickly as it does make the store is suffer in space! I DO look forward to visiting the store when renovations are done!! clothing and shoes can be pricey so expect to spend at least $100+ in this store... Although some items may seem expensive you ARE PAYING for quality!!! These boots are more than sturdy and long lasting... The last pair I had purchased lasted at least 3+ years and was priced around $300!! The employee who answered the phone was very nice and gave me all the details to ensure that the return went smoothly: bring receipt and credit card used, and she noted the time the store closed, to be sure things worked out. When I got to the store (no thanks to Google Maps which put me in a residential neighborhood!) a different employee waited on me. She was pleasant and professional. There was a table with Now Hiring info, so they are working on staffing. It is on the messy side compared to other Ross locations in the Valley. They still have the same great prices and similar merchandise. If this doesn't bother you, I would still recommend this location.”

“I loved, loved, loved this market. Everyone that worked there were so pleasant. You don’t find that often anymore. EVERYONE we met were happy, they loved helping and talking about their products. People want to get out, people want to live, and to be able to support their families. This market is only open on the weekend but, I think it was worth the drive and I loved the things that I purchased. Someday when I buy a house I know the places I will be going back to purchase items, and this is one of those places. We did ended up buying pool table balls( loved those people) cat & dog toys, cloths, Christmas decor and kitchen gadgets. I WOULD highly recommend!”
