Beautiful
Awesome place for fishing , kayaking and picture taking. Absolutely beautiful
All kinds of wild life. You can cast out at the dock, walk the trails. Very quiet... nice place where one may get away For a moment to think and relax.
Sun up to sunset, don't be there when the sun goes down they don't like it. No lights in the park so it gets mighty dark!
This park is good for a ride through with the kids. The best time to see wildlife is spring March-fall November mornings at sunrise. I have seen river otter families, bobcats, deer, a buck that has to have 12 points, ducks, geese, birds oh so many birds, blue birds, woodpeckers, eagles, hawks, you will be amazed! Snakes abound here also so be responsible when you get out. Walk with the kids not behind them!
